Where do I fill my prescription?Not all pharmacies stock medicinal products. In fact, not many do. For this reason, we have signed up with a dispensary that specialises in medicinal products. We will send your prescription directly to them and they will send you your products via express post. ​ You can choose to use your own pharmacy but this will likely cause significant delays in receiving your medicinal products and it is also likely that the products will cost more.

Am I eligible for medical cannabis?The Australian Government has set some specific criteria for patients to be eligible for medical cannabis. These are: That you have been diagnosed with a chronic condition that the government has determined to be treatable with medical cannabis That you have tried first-line medication options and they have failed, or the side effects have prevented you from continuing to use them That you have no been diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder or psychosis (including drug-induced psychosis) You can take our elibility quiz to find out if you are eligible for medical cannabis.

How much does an appointment cost?We charge a flat rate of $89 for all initial consultations. This is because there is a higher administrative workload associated with medicinal prescriptions. Our flat rate of $89 is significantly cheaper than most of our competitors in Australia whose consultation prices range from $99 to $700!

How much does medical cannabis treatment cost?​Treatment typically costs $2-8 per day but can vary greatly depending on the dosage and type of product prescribed. Unfortunately, these products are not listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS), meaning they are not subsidised by the government. With this in mind, we aim to make your medical cannabis treatment as cheap as possible.
